Crisis Bed
This bed is located in the Quiet Room and is used for a one or two night stay only and for women who come in late at night. This is where 16 year-old Krista and her new-born baby were put when she arrived last night. Krista had gone to her boyfriend’s flat from the hospital with her baby, hoping to continue the relationship with him. He had started a new relationship with one of her friends and didn’t want her there. Her parents had split up years before and were in other states.
